The Purpose of This Post
To answer the riddle of the missing one word why God may have allowed man to discover the mystery of what causes HIV/ALS, but not ALS, in my opinion?

The Answer
In a previous post titled, King Solomon, Answer to Riddle, where is the Outrage? I explained the same answer and reasoning of the differences between man and God. I also explained the answer and reasons of why Hollywood and the Media drive the public to influence Washington DC.
The same one-word answer is “OUTRAGE.”
Examples of Why Reasoning
Outrage culture is nothing new in American history. Mark Twain commented in 1863. “A newspaper is not just for reporting the news as it is, but to make people mad enough to do something about it.”
There is also a similar idiom, “Squeaky Wheels get the most grease” to relate how a train mechanic will apply more grease to wheel bearings when the squeak. The louder the squeak, the more grease, same as in driving tax funding.
Another Example is how the USA Space Program reacted when Russia was first to rocket a man into space to orbit the earth, the outrage drove Washington DC to fund sending a man to the moon,
What’s My Point?
Massive taxpayer funding for medical research makes sense to me to prevent and cure diseases from spreading and killing entire populations in past history as did 1918 Flu Pandemic, or polio, measles, etc. ext., that over time a vaccine was discovered to prevent the spreading and reduce deaths.
However, many people today ignore or have reservations about being vaccinated and refuse to be vaccinated and suffer the consequences.
HIV/AIDS can be controlled to a degree with present vaccinations or simply to take preventative measures before engaging in sexual acts or use of drug needles, yet it still persists to spread same for the same basic reasons as not taking a flu vaccination.
Yet, why the causes of ALS are still not known is still a mystery to man.
In today’s times, with people traveling all over the world and not being vaccinated, there will always be a risk of spreading a communicable disease to other countries.
President Trump promised to end HIV/AIDS in the world in ten years. The USA has taken on the financial burden to find a cure for HIV/AIDS and is currently spending 26 billion dollars a year. Is he intending to now spend even more massive amounts to find a cure is a question I do not know?
Meanwhile, individual donors are the main source of funding research on ALS.
My point is this riddle of why can’t we seem to find the sameOUTRAGE for ALS as HIV/AIDS which we already know is preventable?
Questions to Discern
Is it wise or foolish for taxpayers to continue funding and subsidizing the care and medication costs of people who by their own choice, risk contracting the disease to engage in sexual or drug pleasures instead of private charities?
Is there an issue of wisdom or folly in being compassionate use taxpayer funds to help or aid people who choose to engage in pleasure or take risks to avoid vaccinations that result in spreading communicable diseases?
Do people take for granted that taxpayers will or should pay for their risky or unhealthy choices perhaps help provide an incentive or engage in those acts rather than fear the consequences?
In My Opinion,
The truth is the USA Nation on certain social issues is tepidly changing from the Christian values of our founders to Paganism.
For example, history has recorded how pagans engaged and valued sexual pleasures in life opposite to Christian religious beliefs of marriage and self-sacrifice.
Just this week, infanticide is in the current news creating OUTRAGE and politicians in Washington to react.
Infanticide was also a Pagan Roman Law and Right for mothers to choose up to eight days after birth whether to keep or let the baby die.

Is there an issue of wisdom or folly somehow linked to the reasoning of why OUTRAGE is a driving force to make a decision in the USA?
Do you agree that after 78 years, now is the time to perhaps switch significant amounts of taxpayer funds to fund medical research to find the cause of ALS?
Will a result of this post cause some people to believe I am I a homophobic?
In history, has speaking the truth on controversial issues can also serve to bring about OUTRAGE?
