Who is logically responsible for the migrant border surge in the USA?
The Chicago Tribune article titled: Mayorkas and Congress Spur over Surge at the Border, reported the following statement:
“The number of migrants attempting to cross the border is at the highest level since March 2019, with Mayorkas warning that it is on pace to hit a 20-year peak.”
In another article, the third person in line for the Presidency of the USA stated the following:
“What the (Biden) administration has inherited is a broken system at the border, and they are working to correct that in the children’s interest,”
The Purpose of This Post
Is to relate an ancient proverb, an idiom, and a definition of logic to the question of who is responsible for the surge or crisis at the USA borders.

What’s My Point?
Is it logical to blame Trump for the surge or crisis if the surge or crisis began when Joe Biden decided to fix the faucet?
In My Opinion
We better pray for the safety of the first President and Vice President so the third “someone” to succeed according to Constitution ever has the opportunity to become into command and demonstrate more of her logic and “skills” according to the proverb.
