Who Are Obscure Men?
In my opinion, it is the inept politicians that have squandered nine trillion US dollars with bad unfair trade agreements.

King Solomon, Wise Hatred? Mylan Epipen

Is it wise to hate someone?

In a novel Excerpt, I surmised what King Solomon, based on his proverbs,  may have answered the Queen of Sheba’s questions in their biblical meeting. The novel is a contemporary application of a story form to promote understanding of proverbs and ancient wise sayings in relation to our modern times.  

Excerpt

“Then there is the man most hated in his community. That man produces grain and refuses to sell it in time of scarcity. He holds back his grain from market to take advantage of obtaining the highest price at the expense of his community without regard for the common good. His opposite sells immediately whatever grain he has. A person motivated by social responsibility instead of maximum gain wins regards and esteem from his community and blessings from his God.” A community curses one who withholds grain, but there is a blessing on the head of one who sells it. (Proverb 11:26)

What is My Point

The above proverb came to my mind as I watched a Senate Hearing Committee today interview executives of Mylan, the drug maker of EpiPen about their price surges. The company raised the list price of the allergy medication 548% over the last nine years, reigniting public outrage over drug prices

While the 3000 year old proverb refers to grain, a food need instead of a drug, the same circumstances apply in my opinion. To someone in need of this lifesaving drug to prevent death from an unexpected allergy attack, it is as critical a need as food to survive.

The firm has a patent which allows them total control of production in the USA, same as an ancient farm owner has total control over his harvest.

I listened to the CEO explain why she believes the price is justified and as a result, her pay increased from two million dollars a year to eighteen million dollars a year which she then stated is an average half way salary amount of compensation for a CEO drug manufacturer.

Then I thought about how typical family medical deductions increased after Obamacare from $250 a year to $4500 a year. Then I thought about another Proverb which I compares in my mind to be a perfect description of the two hands or appendages of this CEO.

The leech has two daughters, Give, Give (Proverb 30:15)s

Christians

Are taught to love their enemies.  However, I do not consider the CEO zx an enemy. I compare her actions, in my opinion, to be similar to  a leech. 

You decide if King Solomon’s proverb implies that it is wise or foolish to curse and hate someone who withholds grain from their community, until they Get, Get.

King Solomon, Rights or Wrongs? Post Four Conclusion

Who should write the Bill of Rights and Wrongs?

In a previous post I stated I will explore how and who, in my opinion, should write the Bill of Wrongs and how it can be passed and used constructively in the future to both teach rights and prevent better understanding of Rights and Wrongs.
James Madison
The first 10 amendments to the Constitution make up the Bill of Rights. Written by James Madison in response to calls from several states for greater constitutional protection for individual liberties, the Bill of Rights lists specific prohibitions on governmental power.
Thomas Jefferson 
Jefferson wrote the draft of The Declaration of Independence, he wrote that all men have rights. These included “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
However, he was not one of the Framers of the Constitution, he was in France during the Philadelphia convention in which the Constitution was drafted, and other than some correspondence with James Madison had no role in its creation or ratification.
At the end of his life, 40 years after the creation of the Constitution, Jefferson was asked to lend his hand in a political campaign. In this excerpt from a letter to Samuel Kercheval,Jefferson discusses his belief that the Constitution should be re-drafted “every nineteen or twenty years” in order to “keep pace with the times” and provide “progressive accommodation to progressive improvements” to society.
I am not too certain if Jefferson was being a Progressive (Left) as in our modern political terminology, or just being pragmatic to recognize that past circumstances may not always be appropriate in the future. In other words, change may be necessary to tune up to improve upon the Constitution if deemed necessary by Congress, not SCOTUS.
Did he perhaps recommend the Constitution be reviewed over time to improve it because when he originally wrote the Declaration of Independence, he tried to abolish slavery but was unsuccessful?
Who Should Write the Bill of Rights and Wrongs?
I am neither a lawyer nor a Constitution legal authority. What I am proposing is to suggest SCOTUS should review the Bill of Rights and “say what the law is, not what it should be.”
In other words, SCOTUS should write a draft of what are unlawful actions (Wrongs) that the Bill of Rights is not misinterpreted and confused with personal or political ideology.
Congress should then debate and pass a new Bill of Wrongs, rather than to amend the Bill of Rights.  Note the purpose is not to change or amend the original Bill of Rights so therefore, a Constitutional Convention is not required.
In My Opinion
This next Presidential Election may be a critical ‘point of no return’ for the future of the USA. Discern wisely what you want or believe will provide hope for a prospect for upward mobility in the future for your posterity before you cast your ballet.
I recommend you read Citizen Tom’s Post outline comparison and comments in the Sources below to help you discern choices between Clinton or Trump.
I would add a comment in his Judicial Restraint under Clinton that the next choice she will appoint to the Supreme Court could be a possibility of this person’s opinion.
“So to those still in the “Never Trump” camp, let me say this: sitting out this election for any adolescent reason will surely put Clinton in the White House — and it just might put Obama on the Supreme Court.”

You Decide
Is this issue a contrived will-o’-the-wisp goal or hope of mine or is it a valid concern which needs to be addressed to prevent a future violence to occur in the USA?
Keep in mind just the three Example issues I used in Post Three. My observation we Americans and our politicians very seldom do anything proactive. We usually wake up and move after a crisis occurs. Is this wise or foolish on our part?
English astronomer Francis Baily, in his Journal, written in 1797 wrote this phrase.
“A stich in time saves nine.”
Compare that phrase with King Solomon’s 3000-year-old proverb in Post Three.
 The beginning of strife is seepage of water; so desist before the quarrel erupts. (Proverb 17:14)
I keep wondering why it is that each new generation over time just cannot seem to wise up. Why is it that we refuse to learn the easy way by taking advice from past generations so as not to repeat the same follies recorded in history?
However, in my opinion, King David knew why he was smarter than his elders when he wrote Psalm 119:100.
Oh Well, I guess our generation knows better! Read the news, and then decide if we really do know better.

Why did Warren Buffet warn about the harmful effects of unbalanced trade?

In my previous post I stated I will explore the remedy proposed by Warren Buffet which was proposed to Congress in 2003. If Congress would have listened, approximately six trillion dollars would have remained in the USA.
King Solomon
The crown of wise men is their wealth, but the wreath of fools is their folly. (Proverb 14-24)
The proverb means that a righteous man’s wealth is a fitting wreath of adornment as a testament of his wisdom, whereas a fool wears a wreath of debt as a testament of his folly.
(In my opinion, Buffet wears a wreath of wealth and Congress wears a wreath of folly.)

I do not personally know him, but what I have read about him leads me to believe a righteous man of character who is more than capable to provide wise sound advice and counsel about economic matters based on reality rather than proven wrong failed theories.

Wishful Thinking and Thumb Sucking Theories
How much more proof is needed for thy Congress that the free trade economic theories they subscibed to approve trade agreements have decimated US manufacturing to outsourcing, reduced livable wages for many US workers, reduced job opportunities, restricted US dollars for investment, reduced tax revenues, and increased National Debt? In other words, the theories appeared good in theory but not in practice.
Warren Buffet stated this and I concur.
“Perhaps there are other solutions that make more sense than mine. However, wishful thinking–and its usual companion, thumb sucking–is not among them. From what I now see, action to halt the rapid outflow of our national wealth is called for, and ICs seem the least painful and most certain way to get the job done.”

I will explore another proven failed theory that is being proposed by both Donald Trump and Ted Cruz to boost exports. I will explain why, in my opinion, it will not work…..again.

Resource Limitations
The US cannot resource at the drop of a hat. It will take years to rebuilt closed plants, replace machinery, and train workers to learn many of the lost skills and technology outsourced in the past twenty years. The result will be a spike in prices paid by US consumers for tariffed products. A black market will certainly crop up along with price gouging.
If tariffs are employed American Companies will not risk capital to invest in plants and equipment without long term guarantees that tariffs will not be lifted again. The result will be a repeat of foreign labor lower wage price competition will close them down, or bankrupt them again.
In My Opinion
There will be no quick fix with tariffs. A long term economic strategy needs to be planned and adhered to of what is in the best interests of American workers.

 Did our founding fathers cause all “Rights” problems that plague the USA?

Our USA courts are buried with lawsuits interpreting personal ‘Rights.’ Our police are intimidated and in fear of violating numerous perceived Rights as to whether actions are lawful or not. In my opinion, it is because our founding fathers should have written a Bill or Wrongs instead of a Bill of Rights.  If they had done so, perhaps the USA might have been a wiser, or less foolish nation over time. Why? If interested, read on.

Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to a people. ( Proverb 14:34)
According to v 34, theodicy operates in respect to nations as well as individuals. Righteousness elevates the station of a nation, gives it standing in the world and makes it a power for good: sin depresses its influence and brings it into dispute. There is no difficulty in translation hesed ‘disgrace’ and the sense is weaker if heser, ‘want,’ is read as it was by the Greek translator. (Proverbs Mc Kane)
Right versus Righteousness, versus Bill of Rights
The context of these three words all stem from definition of right meaning ‘correct.’ Righteous expands to a moral or Biblical context.  The philosophy of humans having Rights first originated in the 16th Century and expanded by our USA founding fathers with their statement of a presumed endowment of Rights in the Declaration of Independence.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, -That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the …
