In the previous post based on a Chicago Tribune article titled, Where is the outrage, I posted a riddle to answer the question, in my opinion.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to explain my opinion, why there is presently not the same outrage for the issue of drug overdoses as what occurred for the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Posing the question as a riddle is not intended to make light of either of these deadly epidemics. Rather it is to hopefully help lead to the main reasons for the missing outrage, in my opinion.

I believe in today’s contemporary world of centralized limited sources for news reports and movies influence the mass public to react with various emotions we all experience in life.
For example, wisdom, love, anger, rage, wise or foolish habits, cultures, etc. etc.
There are two centralized locations in the USA that drive information and emotional response from the public.
They are Hollywood California and Washington D.C.
The reason HIV/AIDS influenced Washington DC to invest billions of dollars in research to combat the AIDS epidemic, driven by an effective persuasion group rallied public opinion to not complain about use of taxpayer’s money to combat the epidemic.
In My Opinion,
What the mothers need to do is emulate the methods used by the same means or people to help them obtain massive funding from Washington to do the same.
However, in spite of all the funding for HIV/AIDS, it still exists.
And as long as people engage in foolish risky pleasures, no matter how many measures Washington funds, there will always be another generation of fools repeating the same folly as previous generations.
This folly will continue forever and ever unless we wise up and learn to live as brothers and sisters, watching each other’s backs, engaging in wisdom and love as explained in the Bible.
And if we do not teach our children the Bible, the risks of greater folly in future generations will multiple exponentially.
