King Solomon Are Women Wiser than Men?

Perhaps King Solomon believed women are wiser. Why?

The Chicago Tribune article titled, New survey favors women leaders, reports the finding of a Pew Survey that “a record number of women have been nominated for seats in the US House of Representatives.
The purpose of this post is to examine why King Solomon may have believed women are wiser than men.
King Solomon
Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. (Proverb 3:16)
“Adding one thing to another to discover the scheme of things—
while I was still searching
but not finding—
“I found one upright man among a thousand,
but not one upright woman among them all.” (Ecclesiastes 7:28)
What’s My Point?
In the first proverb, notice that King Solomon personified wisdom in the form of a woman., the Goddess of Wisdom. In ancient times both men and women were personified as Gods or Goddesses. Is this evidence that King Solomon believed women are wiser than men?
In the second Ecclesiastes verse, notice that King Solomon never found one “upright” women
Was King Solomon a male sexist with a bias against women?  In my opinion, if he had a bias, it was not against women. If anything, he held women in the highest esteem when he personified the pinnacle of wisdom to be a woman, the Goddess of Wisdom.
In My Opinion
Of  the nine issues scored, men only scored higher in preference as a leader in risk taking. Is the fact that every generation over history has witnessed a war because of men’s better leadership quality to engage in risk taking. I wonder?

Should more women be elected in Congress?
The above question brings to my mind President Trump’s statement addressed to African Americans during his campaign for President, “What have you got to lose,” based on the past performance of the Democrats history of securing Democrat Party voters.
Are women wiser than men?
