King Solomon, Political Rape of Millennials, Post One

Why do Millennials need to wise up?

The purpose of this series of post is to hopefully expose how politicians have managed to rape USA millennials.
Definition of Rape
Most people relate a sexual connotation with the word rape. However, I am using this rape definition because I believe it best describes what politicians have done and are continuing to do to USA millennials.
3.
an act of plunder, violent seizure, or abuse; despoliation; violation:
the rape of the countryside. (Source HERE)
King Solomon
  • “When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people groan.” (Proverbs 29:2)
The joy and sorrow of a nation can be traced to its leaders. If leaders are honorable, they will lead in justice and the people will rejoice. If leaders are dishonorable, they will extend grief and sadness to the people. (Source HERE)
In My Opinion
Millennials should not only be groaning loud and clear, they should be actively becoming involved in politics to take control of their future. Too many millennials are either apathetic, foolishly trusting, or ignorant of the fact that politicians are not making wise decisions that will have a negative effect on their future.
Millennials need to become involved in politics to get rid of long term politicians who have and are continuing making decisions to benefit themselves at the expense of the millennial’s future. For example, not only have many political leaders managed to incur a twenty trillion dollar national debt to be shouldered by millennials, politicians have allowed foreign interests to buy up USA farmland, businesses, and properties to profit in the future from millennials.
While at the same time, politicians refuse to pass legislation to limit their terms in office so they can continue to have the power to control and earn sizable salaries and benefits that far exceed their millennial constituents who they are supposed to represent.
Inspiration
This series of posts and the opinions I will share are not only my own. The inspiration for this series of posts are mainly inspired by the opinions shared with me by an old lifelong friend I visited in Phoenix, Arizona this past week who I will identify as Desert Joe.
Both of us are in our late seventies, and have lived to witness and observe the results of some serious political follies that have occurred in our generation. We both agree that millennials are being raped by the politicians and need to become aware and active in politics in order to change the downward trend in our nation that has occurred and will continue to occur at their expense.
In the Next Post
I will define who are millennials and begin to provide examples of past foolish political decisions made at the future “grief and sadness”  of millennials.
Regards and goodwill blogging.
