King Solomon, Time to Outlaw an Islam Religion Practice? Post Eleven, Conclusion

New Brief Rules to apply to the First Amendment?

In My Last Post
I stated I will propose and present what, in my opinion, Congress needs to do to prevent and control an increase in the threat of terrorism in the USA. What is needed is a  definition of religion in order to help understanding what Rules need to be communicated to prevent future terrorist actions from occurring in the USA..
Rules not to change the original intent of the First Amendment. Rules only to legally clarify and control misinterpretations and applications of religious viewpoints about the First Amendment.
Five First Amendment Proposed Rules with Reasoning
  1. A religious entity is any organization that teaches faith beliefs and/or laws to followers to inspire members to engage in any action, duty, commitment to honor and/or worship a Deity.
Reason – Without a definition of religion, misinterpretations of any rules pertaining to the First Amendment may, and have occurred in the USA.
  1. The First Amendment of the Constitution of the USA does not permit any religious entity members to be excluded from lawful prosecution for any actions that violate USA laws.
Reason – Constitutional laws and remedies must be obeyed by religious faith believers in the USA, period, end of discussion.
        3. Any religious entity proven in court to teach faith beliefs to violate laws of the USA will define the organization as a political entity and negate the organization from any tax exemptions or subsidy status.
Reason – It is folly to subsidize a religious entity that teaches members to disobey laws of the USA.
  1. All religious entities must affirm in writing to agree to these rules in order to qualify for any tax exemptions.
Reason – Written evidence overrules verbal statements in legal decisions.
  1. All Visa and Immigration applicants who apply for entry into USA must affirm with their signature to agree with these Rules.
Reason – Anyone who lies on an USA Visa or Immigration Application can be legally, and quickly deported.
In Other Words.
Notice the Proposed Rules apply to all religious entities. If for example, a devout religious believer with faith to a Deity, and/or a true sincere believer that the Bible or Qur’an were inspired by a heavenly higher authority than humans, they must still obey the laws of USA, if living on this part of the earth identified as the USA.
“For Muslims, the Qur’an is the eternal and indisputable word of God. The oldest and most sacred text of Islam, it is the cornerstone of every believer’s faith and morality.” However, the Qur’an also contains verses to condone a believer to kill, retaliate, and cut off the hands of disbelievers.
The USA is a Democratic Republic and governing laws are instituted and judged in accordance the Constitution of the USA. Many Muslim countries have either Monarchs or Imamates who are the final authority and some leaders choose for their citizens that they must obey Shari Laws. However, some Sharia laws do not conform to USA laws.
What is My Point?
If you are a literal or fundamentalist believer in the Qur’an, the USA is not the most ideal culture to accommodate your religious beliefs. I recommend if you wish to immigrate, you should choose another country. Perhaps you should choose one of the European countries that allow Muslims to live separately in Muslim communities, and conform to Sharia Laws.
If you wish to visit or are already a naturalized citizen, you must obey the laws of the USA.
If the USA Congress passes the above Proposed First Amendment Rules, you will be deported if you lie on your entry application form. If you are an Iman of a Mosque in the USA, and it is proven you are teaching your followers to disregard USA laws, you will no longer be eligible for a religious tax exemption and deported if you are not a citizen.
With today’s modern technology, it is much easier to record your teachings to prove statements that will identify you as a political rather than a religious entity.  Your Mosque will probably be monitored for subversion laws and/or terrorism by Homeland Security and closed if deemed to be a security threat to citizens of the USA.
What is My Concern?
I am neither a lawyer nor a theologian. I am only a concerned citizen who is observing various misconceptions by fellow citizens about religious rights and immigration concerns in the USA.
In my opinion, it is time to define Rules to clarify what is Right and what is Wrong in relation to the First Amendment, and end the various personal interpretations by both well-meaning citizens, intriguers, or possible terrorists who enter the USA.
Today, there is a small risk of 1 in 3, 709, 609 of being killed by a terrorist in the USA.
In the Future, consider how the risk factor will drastically change if for example, a terrorist makes use of a dirty nuclear device in a large populated urban area.
Summary Questions, You Decide
Who is knowledgeable enough, or wise enough, or has the time to legally interpret ancient religious writings that may instruct members to kill, retaliate, or cut off limbs of anyone who disobeys their ancient teachings and writings?
Is it folly to allow your taxes to subsidize any religion who literally obeys ancient religious practices to kill or harm anyone or for any reason not legal in the USA?
Is now the right time to address this problem costing taxpayers 70 million dollars a week for added security as the result of terrorism initiated by a political or religious leader or Sects?
Who should be blamed for the next terrorist attack in the USA?
King Solomon
King Solomon, 3000 years ago, observed and wrote the following proverbs which summarize the main points of the message of this series of posts.
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
7     a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak, (Excerpts Ecclesiastes Chapter 3)

A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences. (Proverb 22:3)
11 I have seen something else under the sun:
The race is not to the swift
or the battle to the strong,
nor does food come to the wise
or wealth to the brilliant
or favor to the learned;
but time and chance happen to them all .(Ecclesiastes 9:11)

Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife; quarrels and insults are ended .(Proverb 22:10 NIV)
Recommendation
If this series is of interest and concerns you, I urge you write your Representatives in Congress because they have the duty, responsibility, and authority to make laws and rules for the Supreme Court to interpret.
Keep in mind, it is citizens who vote to choose their Representatives. If you do nothing, would King Solomon describe you as a “simpleton lacking  prudence,” same as in his Proverb?
In my opinion, it is no longer a time to be silent. now the right time to speak, to your Congressional Representative.
