King Solomon, Survival of the Fittest, or Foolish, in the USA? Part Four

‘If you want to play, then you must pay?”

In Post Three

I stated I would provide more examples of other diseases that have evolved into epidemics because of the government healthcare incentives.
In this post, I will focus on the subject of freedom to make lifestyle choices in the USA. Choices medically proven to be foolish and harmful.
The question I will present is why should a person who lives a wise healthy lifestyle should  have to pay for the foolish choices made by others?
Some Examples, Questions, Excerpt Answers
Is there a drug epidemic problem in the USA?
The CDC reports there is a current drug addiction epidemic in the USA.
“Do dairy products and/or sugar contribute to chronic health issues?”
Dr_Golubic: The answer to both is yes. Overuse of simple sugars and dairy products is epidemic in our country as are chronic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
How Is Smoking Related to Cancer?
“Smoking can cause cancer and then block your body from fighting it:
What about drugs and addiction?
“As a result of scientific research, we know that addiction is a disease that affects both the brain and behavior.”
Good and Bad Government Healthcare Incentives?
Whether Obamacare is a good or bad government healthcare plan depends on why or who you ask and their views on lifestyle.
If you are an young family, working hard and perhaps living a healthy lifestyle, you noticed since Obamacare how your medical deductions have risen along with premiums, Obamacare is bad.
If you were born with a gene that predisposed you to a life-long medical condition, Obamacare is good.
If you choose to ride a motorcycle without a helmet or love risky adventures, you probably may be comforted by knowing if you are crippled for life that you are eligible for lifetime medical benefits, Obamacare is good.
Oh, Oh, More Ranting by a Health Nut or Scaredy-cat?
Perhaps so, or perhaps someone concerned with a government that has become a nanny,  even communistic,  to please a lot of people who choose to make foolish lifestyle decisions at the expense of others in their nation.
There is no nation in the history of the world that has been more charitable or caring than the USA. Unfortunately, the USA currently has a national debt of 20 trillion dollars that also needs attention by its caring citizens.
King Solomon
For by me(Wisdom) your days will be multiplied, And years of life will be added to you.…(Proverbs 9:11)
The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.(Proverb 22:7)
In My Opinion
Frankly, we USA citizens cannot continue to be as generous and as caring as in the past or the USA will not continue to evolve, or exist and grow in the future.
We need to consider the motto of my blog.
“What the world needs now in addition to love is wisdom.”
In My Next Post
What to do?
Is it time to resurrect these wise old adage sayings into government?
‘If you want to play, you have to pay?’
‘There is no such thing as a free lunch.’
Regards and goodwill blogging.
