Will the Supreme Court finally rule to end all religious inequity based on anti-Catholic bigotry and politician’s hypocrisy in the USA?
The Supreme Court agreed to rule on the issue of the Constitutionality of the Blaine Amendments.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to make interested readers of the origin of the Blaine amendment and the inequity of making parents pay two tuitions if they choose to send their children to a private or religious school.
Or why do the majority of government politicians support public schools, yet send their children to private schools?

What’s My Point?
There have been many inequitable law rulings enacted over time in the history of the USA. Some based on racial bias such as slavery have been overturned by the Supreme Court in later years since the founding of our Republic.
This year the religious bias of the Blaine Amendments to prevent public school funds from being used to teach children the religious values of their parents, unless of course they can afford to pay private school tuition
And if parents choose to pay private school tuition, they must also pay taxes to fund public schools.
While at the same time the majority of politicians send their own children to private schools unless they are Black. Is it because they can afford to while the majority of taxpayers cannot afford to do the same, probably because most government legislators are paid higher salaries than taxpayers?
Recently, Elizabeth Warren was asked by school choice supporters where she sent her kids and she lied in her reply. While at the same time she flew to Chicago to make a public appearance to support public school teachers on strike.
In My Opinion,
I believe anyone who reads how the Blaine Amendment failed to pass in Washington yet was passed by States, will agree the law was based on a religious bias even though the First Amendment states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
However, if a parent cannot afford to choose to send their child to be taught their religious values, because their limited funds must be used to pay taxes to fund public schools, in my opinion, that is a form of government prohibiting “the free exercise thereof.”
Even if the Supreme Court rules in favor of school choice and vouchers, it will take years to rebuild the thousands of religious schools that have closed over time in my opinion. Mainly because of funding and depletion of religious personnel and students whose parents were unable to afford attending private religious education.

Is it time for parents to be allowed to choose what values they want taught to their children rather than politicians?

Should all Presidential Candidates be asked where they sent their children to school and then check up to see if they lied? And if they lied, is it wise to vote for a religious bigot or a hypocrite?
