Which one was wiser about the wisdom of fear, King Solomon or Bertrand Russell?

I stated I will explore the Intellectual philosophy of Bertrand Russell atheistic beliefs of fear and religion for you to discern his philosophy versus s King Solomon’s in relation to wisdom of fear.
The Purpose of This Post
This post will not focus on arguments about secular, atheistic or religious views to discern. Rather it is to present an argument why the wiser philosophy is the one that provides more freedom from fear in life and death.
King Solomon
Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. (Proverb 9:10)
This shows who the wise men are, and in what true wisdom lies; no man is wise till he fears the Lord, and he that does so is a wise man, at least then he begins to be one; this is the principal part of wisdom, (Excerpt Gils Bible Commentary)
Bertrand Russell
“To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom”
“Science can help us to get over this craven fear in which mankind has lived for so many generations. Science can teach us, and I think our own hearts can teach us, no longer to look round for imaginary supports, no longer to invent allies in the sky, but rather to look to our own efforts here below to make this world a fit place to live in, instead of the sort of place that the churches in all these centuries have made it.”
What’s My Point?
Neither religion nor science can prove their claims of philosophy of the existence of a God or not. How then, should we discern which philosophical claims about the wisdom of fear to be wiser based on freedom?
In My Opinion
The answer depends on what choices a person makes during their limited lifespan.
For Example,
If they do not fear a judgement after death claim of religion and choose to live an immoral life to benefit themselves by robbing , cheating, or killing fellow human beings, they are more likely to incur a fear in life that they may be jailed or punished by society which will in effect create fear lose loss of freedom or revenge. .
If a person is an atheist and chooses to live a moral life, they are more likely to incur a greater fear of death than a person who has a religious faith. That is partly because, the belief of judgement by God after death is a reward of an afterlife for eternity. The other part pertains to love which I will not use in this argument claim.
What makes Bernard Russell believe that his philosophy or choice for mankind ideals will result in people choosing his philosophy will result in more freedom from fear in life? Anyone who reads or listens to today’s news of violence and killings in our contemporary times if they are wise understands that there is no freedom from fear in our lives.
However, we do know from both religion and modern science that a preconditioned brain taught religious values will or may help lessen fears and instill beliefs that motivate courage to overcome fear in life and motivate moral behaviors in life.
What gives a beginning of a religious faith believer is the fear of the Lord and the reward of an eternal afterlife. Notice that I stated if they were taught, meaning that their brains were preconditioned to believe religious values of the times they will encounter in both life and death..
School Vouchers
Frankly, I stated my opinion in previous posts that government has in effect eliminated freedom for most families to have their children taught their religious values by the use of economics. Most families now living in the USA cannot afford send their children to private schools because they must are required to pay high taxes for public schools, which by law ,forbid religious values be taught
The travesty being that the founders of freedom in the USA based the First Amendment of the Constitution is freedom for its citizens from government interferences to practice their religious beliefs.
