King Solomon, Time to Outlaw an Islam Religion Practice? Post Eight

If interested, read one Qur’an verse which may legally be taught and tax subsidized in schools and Mosques in the USA.

In My Last Post
I explained that  literal and fundamentalist interpretations of religious teachings.  I stated I will  give examples in this post  how even a well intention defender of Islam reveals a clear and present danger in her religious beliefs by using two words, ”other than.”
The well-intention blogger wrote this explanation on her blog to explain her Christian e views of Islam and referred to one Qur’an Verse, Surah 5:32.
“Islam does not encourage terrorism. Islam prohibits a Muslim from killing any innocent person. The attacks on Manchester were reprehensible to everyone, including Muslims.
  • Surah Al-Ma’idah [5:32] For this reason, We made it a law for the children of Israel that the killing of a person for reasons other than legal retaliation or for stopping corruption in the land is as great a sin as murdering all of mankind. However, to save a life would be as great a virtue as to save all of mankind. Our Messengers had come to them with clear authoritative evidence but many of them (Israelite’ thereafter started doing wrong in the land.”
Source not given because the blogger prefers I not identify her blog. She later stated the reason she wrote the explanations was this.
“I’m actually Christian! I like to promote tolerance and education because I think it will bring peace.”

What is My Point?
Information about the the beliefs of Qur’an, or Koran, meanings vary and give “other than” explanations that it is permissible to retaliate for killing. If you consider the whole Mid-East and 9/11 sources of conflict, retaliation is the core motive for all the fighting and killing of terrorists.
My point is that the Supreme Court must provide a legal definition of religion related to the First Amendment. Otherwise, terrorist political organizations will continue to teach various violent Islamic teachings and practices in the USA while at the same time obtain tax deductions for begin considered a religion instead of a political entity..
If Surah 5:32 concerns you, perhaps you should read again the interpretation of the following Surah verse 5:33 in the above post links.
Also, I wrote a blog series about the interpretation problems our founding fathers created when they wrote the Bill of Rights. If you are interested, read the previous posts referenced below.
King Solomon Prayer
“So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?” (Kings 3-9 NIV)
The reason I used this verse to relate to King Solomon is what I read in this blog titled,
How to Read the Qur’an HERE
Keep in mind there are 1.5 billion Muslims in the world interpreting the Qur’an either literally or otherwise.
In My Next Post
I will present information about the risks of terrorism in the USA.
