King Solomon, President Trump’s Wise Surprise?

Would King Solomon approve of President Trump’s surprise attack on Syria?

Of course, no one knows for certain. However, if we relate a proverb of King Solomon about what he believed to be wise persona for a leader, I believe King Solomon would approve of President Trump’s political leadership persona. Does that mean President Trump is wise leader? Allow me to explain and you decide.
King Solomon
The heaven for height, and the earth for depth, and the heart of kings is unsearchable. (Proverb 23:3)
the heart of kings is unsearchable; especially such an one as Solomon was, who had largeness of heart as the sand on the seashore: and this must be understood of such who have the art of governing; for some are so weak in their conduct, and so much expose themselves, that it is easy to see what is in their hearts, and what are the springs of their actions. Wise princes lay their schemes deep, and conceal their designs, and keep their reasons of state secret, so that it is not an easy thing to penetrate into their councils and views: for this does not so much respect the multitude of business they have upon their hearts and hands, as Jarchi and others understand it, as the privacy and secrecy in which they are managed, and the reasons of which are kept from common persons, Who therefore are not proper judges of them; and who yet will often take upon them to censure and condemn, when they are ignorant of the true cause of such conduct. (Gils Bible Exposition)
What is My Point?
While Trump is not a King, the context of this proverb is to relate to his persona role as a powerful world leader. News media, commentators, and political adversaries are confounded with Trump because he does not abide by their perceptions of a typical political leader.
For example, his campaign promises to stay out of the Mid-East and then surprise bomb Syria keeps throwing them off guard because he apparently is following the advice of King Solomon. In other words, his adversaries, cannot anticipate and plan or expose in advance to anticipate or intrigue against him for whatever good or bad reasons they have in their minds and hearts.
In My Opinion
He is a skilled negotiator. Hopefully he  may in time pleasantly surprise all of us and do what most politicians often fail to do. That is to achieve what they promise when they campaign.
Instead, it seems to me now a days, that after a politician is elected, all they do is point their fingers at the other political party and blame them for being the reason they cannot do what they promised, Or is it that they purposely forget ?
You Decide
Would King Solomon approve of President Trump’s leadership persona? Will President Trump be considered a wise or foolish leader in time? Should we continue to hope and again pray the Inauguration Day invocation Wisdom Prayer for President Trump and our nation?
Wisdom Prayer
“God of our ancestors and Lord of mercy, you have made all things. And in your providence have charged us to rule the creatures produced by you, to govern the world in holiness and righteousness, and to render judgment with integrity of heart. Give us wisdom, for we are your servants, weak and short-lived, lacking in comprehension of judgment and of laws. Indeed, though one might be perfect among mortals, if wisdom which comes from you be lacking, we count for nothing. Now with you is wisdom, who knows your will and was there when you made the world, who understands what is pleasing in your eyes, what is conformable with your commands, send her forth from your holy heavens. From your glorious throne, dispatch her that she may be with us and work with us, that we may grasp what is pleasing to you. For she knows and understands all things and will guide us prudently in our affairs and safeguard us by her glory.”
