Which is a worse fate for choosing where to live on our planet in an era of rapid ice melting?
Three Chicago Tribune articles today can be related to an ironic choice for people leaving Chicago because of cold weather, high taxes or fear of being shot.

Is to wonder what is a wiser choice to make about the mottos of my blog.
What the world needs now in addition to love is wisdom.

What’s My Point?
The above Ecclesiastes verses religious message pertains to sinners’ choices of a comparison between a sinner’s or non-sinner’s hope for eternal life.
However, in a literal sense, it can be applied to Illinois residents hopes of staying alive in high risk areas of shootings, or of high taxes as a result of progressive political and economic consequences.
For example, regardless whether if you are as brave as a lion to live in Chicago or decide to live like a “poor” dead dog paying high taxes, wherever you move on a planet, you need to consider the future effects of environmental consequences because of ice melting.
In My Opinion
You have to be both brave as a lion and even become a poor dog if you live in Chicago.
As for hope, if you have religious beliefs, it will help warm your viewpoint on the long-term choices you make in regards of what your fate will be in your next life.
If you are an atheist, oh well? Whatever choice of life you choose in this life, whether to live like a brave lion or a poor dead dog, you are living without hope for the only life that really matters if you have religious faith that allows to live fearlessly, and joyfully because in this life and the nest.
My mom conditioned me with this ageless idiom about making choices in life.
Rudy, there is no such thing as Utopia on earth.
The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Just do your best.
Question now is what is politically best for Chicago and Illinois as a result of the choice made by voters in the past.
