King Solomon, Housing Tax Deductions for Pastors?

Will this atheist lawsuit against tax-free housing deductions for Pastors result in the Supreme Court finally having to define the difference between a religion and a political entity?

The Chicago Tribune article titled, How Housing for Pastors Helps African American Communities, reports the benefits of religious pastors in poor black neighborhoods.
The Purpose of This Post
Is to once again bring up the question of why the Supreme Court has never defined what legally differentiates a religion from a political entity. Or how it is possible to make legal judgements and/or decisions to qualify or disqualify people and institutions for or against religion issues including eligibility for tax deductions.
King Solomon
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. (Proverb 9:10)
What’s My Point?
The First Amendment of the Constitution was written to protect and allow freedom from fear of religious persecution in the USA. At that time in history, Christianity was the prevalent religion in the USA. Over time, the number of religions has changed to include a variety of religions other than Christianity.
My point is to wonder what is being taught or not taught to followers. For example, if any religion teaches followers that it is their religious duty to kill an innocent person who does not believe in their religion or way of life, should the USA allow this religion to be allowed tax deductions?’
In My Opinion
I have written numerous posts to express my support of the need for religious education in the USA and how religion can benefit our Republic. I support school vouchers and tax deductions to support freedom of choice for parents to help them pay to send their children to be taught their religious values.
However, the USA has been experiencing Muslim terrorists who have been influenced to believe that they should kill innocent people to support a deity to obtain a heavenly reward. I wrote a post with my suggestion how this question should be decided.
