Definition of “Grave Marking” for Purpose of this Post
Example – o·l é (a cry of approval, joy, etc.)

What’s My Point?
In previous posts in Source Links below I relate how the above two proverbs can be applied to voters who continually keep voting for the same politicians or political party even though the campaign promises they make never come to fruition.
For example, on the national scene, for over forty years, illegal immigration has never been resolved even with the immigration amnesty. E verify was supposed to solve the issue but obviously has not worked..
On the Blue State local scene in Illinois, three Governors have been convicted and sent to jail sent to jail in the past forty years, just name a few problems the politicians keep promising to change.
There are still 7000 local and State agencies, highest in the nation, causing massive State debt and higher taxes, public education is a dismal failure to teach morals based on shooting statistics, the budget and debt is not sustainable, etc. etc,.
Yet, every election, voters continue to re-elect the same politicians and support the same Democrat political party.
I believe it is time the names on the voter ballots contain grave marks to help voters understand the number of terms a candidate has been elected. The markings are needed because the possibility of politicians to vote for term limits which would result in many losing their lifetime positions, salaries, benefits, political and personal power, and meaningful change is nil,
For Example, Senator Durbin’’’’
November 21, 1944, in East St. Louis, IL) is a Democratic member of the U.S. Senate for the state of Illinois. Durbin serves as the Senate Minority Whip. He was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1996. Durbin previously was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from District 20 from 1983 to 1997.
In My Opinion
If we keep voting for the same politicians and political parties over and over, while at the same time our State and Nation leaders in the office cannot solve the immigration problem, they should not be re-elected over and over again.
The upcoming November election will occur in less than three weeks.
If illegal immigration is a concern to you, I recommend you check the records how and what the candidate up for election has either promised or promises to do.

If “grave” markings appeared on the ballot, I personally believe we would hear a loud tone of – o·l é (a cry of approval, joy, etc.) in a loud Tone and Pitch by voters over time in our Nation and States.
