King Solomon, Actor’s Scripts to Vex Our Spirits?

Interested in knowing if you are a hypocritical actor in your life?

A Citizen Tom pos titled, How Divided We Are, and reading and listening to news causes me to wonder if the reason there is so much madness and folly in our world is because we sometimes are hypocritical actors in our lives
In other words, we fail to discern how we become actors on a stage in life seeking adoring audiences to judge us favorably to satisfy our vanity, and/or our pockets.
The purpose of this post is to hopefully help us discern wisdom to understand how we sometimes become hypocrite actors in our lives.
King Solomon
I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.(Ecclesiastes 1:14)
Excerpt
and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit; not only the things known, but the knowledge of them; it is mere vanity, there is nothing solid and substantial in it, or that can make a man happy; yea, on the contrary, it is vexatious and distressing; it is not only a weariness to the flesh to obtain it, but, in the reflection of it, gives pain and uneasiness to the mind: it is a “breaking of the spirit” ( Source HERE)
What’s My Point?
We are indeed all actors on a stage who have been given the gift to make various choices of scripts in our lives. We need to recognize and discern that we sometimes choose to become an actor with a bad script because our vanity influences us to want to please our audience and gain the coveted place of center stage.
Problem is we sometimes become hypocrites when we make bad choices
How can someone discern if he or she is acting with a good or bad script in life?
If Interested
I recommend you read a brief article titled, What Does Jesus Mean by Hypocrisy, which explains far better the purpose of this post in the Source Links below..
You Decide’
If after reading, do you better understand how we sometimes will become hypocrites acting on a stage in a script that causes vexation to our’s and perhaps our audience’s spirits?
Did Shakespeare discern life wisely?
Regards and good will blogging.
