King Solomon, Democrat’s Stern or Scowling Faces

Did the looks on their faces during President Trump’s State of the Union portray them to look wise or foolish?

Anyone who watched the speech could not help see numerous looks of scowls on the faces of some of the leaders of the Democrat Party.
I could not help relate their scowls to two ancient writings. While I understand differences of political opinions can cause consternation to appear on the face of someone, the looks I interpret may be linked to indicate something else for you to decide. If interested, read on with this question in mind to discern.
Wise or foolish, stern or scowl?
Definitions
Stern – (of a person or their manner) serious and unrelenting, especially in the assertion of authority and exercise of discipline.
Scowl – an angry or bad-tempered expression.
King Solomon
Ecclesiastes 8:1. “Who is like the wise man and who knows the interpretation of a matter? A man’s wisdom illumines him and causes his stern face to beam.”
Excerpts
The preacher begins this chapter with the praise of wisdom, from its excellency and usefulness, Ecclesiastes 8:1; and advises men, if they would live quietly and comfortably, to honour and obey the king that rules over them, and not be rebellious against him, since he has great power and authority,
a man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine: as Moses, when he came down from the mount, full fraught with the knowledge of the will of God, Exodus 34:29; and as Stephen, whose wisdom and spirit, by which he spoke, were irresistible, Acts 6:10; wisdom, which discovers itself in a man’s words and actions, gives comeliness to his person, makes him look amiable and lovely in the eyes of others: or, it “enlightens his face” (r); by it he is able to see the difference between truth and falsehood, and what is to be done and not done; what way he should walk in, and what he should shun and avoid;
and the boldness of his face shall be changed; the ferocity and austerity of his countenance, the impudence and inhumanity that appeared in him before, through his wisdom and knowledge, are changed into meekness, gentleness, and humanity; of an impudent, fierce, and badly behaved man, he becomes meek, modest, affable, and humane; this effect natural wisdom and knowledge has on men
In My Opinion
While some people have an opinion that the Denmocratic Party looks made them appear juvenile, I believe it made them to look foolish.
Foolish in the sense that a wise legislator would understand they have a responsibility to their constituents, and to our nation, to compromise with the elected President and the opposing party.
I saw scowls of “impudence and inhumanity” rather than “natural wisdom and knowledge” of a leader.
You Decide
What wisdom or folly did you discern on their faces?
What impression did the world discern from their faces, a nation of unity and strength or divided nation implying weakness and division?
Which Party will you vote for the next election based on the looks displayed on our nation’s leader’s faces during the speech?
Should a elected official show a little bit of discipline of character in public view in our nation and world?
Regards and goodwill blogging.
