King Solomon, Untenable Positions, Israel vs. Palestine Settlements

What would King Solomon do to resolve the two untenable settlement positions?

Definition of untenable
1:  not able to be defended untenable position
2:  not able to be occupied untenable apartments

King Solomon
How would King Solomon use his wisdom to judge untenable positions between two longstanding opposing viewpoints?
Now the United Nations has become involved with the issue. It is doubtful they will be able to make a mutual agreement and the issue will continue to stagnate and never be resolved.
When King Solomon judged an untenable position between two harlots, he decided to order a baby be cut in half and given to each mother. The true mother conceded to give up her half so the baby would live.
King Solomon wrote a proverb to resolve long lasting untenable positions.
In My Opinion
They should use King Solomon’s proverbial method to end the issue that continues on, and on, and on.
When I was a kid, this is what method was used to decide which ball game team began first so the game could proceed. We never had a problem using it.
You Decide – King Solomon Proverbial Method
In a novel excerpt of what I surmised King Solomon, based on his proverb, would have advised the Queen of Sheba why he used this method. The novel is a contemporary application of a story form to promote understanding of proverbs and ancient wise sayings in relation to our modern times.
Excerpt
“Tell them to decide this issue yearly by drawing lots from the pocket of your robe, and let Yahweh decide for them. Since no man can know the outcome of a lot, the chancy process will be the will of Yahweh.” The lot is cast into the pocket, but the verdict is wholly from Yahweh. (Proverb 16:33)
