An ancient warning and/or prophesy analogy for Illinois and the USA?
Definitions

The Chicago Tribune on March 30, 2017 article reported that a Judge has ruled that the Illinois law of forbidding pot companies to make political contributions to politicians is unconstitutional.
Questions?
Why did lawmakers include the provision into the law to allow medical Marijuana to be sold in Illinois in the first place is the question?
Is it possible that the lawmakers agreed to the law because they knew that once the law was passed, in the future it would be expanded and promoted same as what happened in Colorado?
Is there any Psychologist who will truthfully deny the Freudian Pleasure Principal is not a driving force of reality that young people are prone to seek immediate gratification? That once a young person experiences pleasure that affects their capacity to control their mind, which is the main control of their body, they will never become addicted to the pleasure?
Is there one politician who can deny that he or she will never consider or favor someone who donates to their campaign fund?
Could it be that this analogy of an ancient wise man’s warning to young men to avoid was the reason that the lawmakers decided on including the provision be included?
Analogy
Read the following proverbial warning and substitute a harlot charms to seduce a young man with the seduction of a young mind to marijuana.

In My Opinion and Prophesy
Now that Pot producers can legally contribute to politicians campaign funds, in time, cash strapped Illinois will follow the lead of Colorado and make pleasure pot legal.
Also, there is no chance that since the original provision has been overturned, that the original law to legalize pot will be voided.
