King Solomon, Long Life Formula Post One

Why, on average, is it that wise people live longer?

Both the Bible and Scientific studies have the same formula message. Brew the right formula in your life that will reduce stress in your life and you will live longer. The first ingredient you will need in your formula is knowledge of what are the good and bad ingredients that may cause an early death.
What is the Magical Formula?
There is no magical formula to live a long life.
However, there are plenty of practical good or bad ingredients to choose to avoid, or include in their own life formulas.  There are also a lot of wise informational clues that have been thought out, identified, and written can be found to help one choose which ingredients are unavoidable or avoidable causes that may lead to achieving a long life. The only challenge we all have is that we have been given free will to choose and unfortunately not everyone will choose wisely as history has recorded over time.
Unavoidable Causes of Death Ingredients
Some are unavoidable because of a person being victimized, or being in the wrong place at the wrong time, becoming involved in a war that their leaders either could not avoid, or their leader chose to start.  Some causes are unavoidable because a person was born unhealthy for God’s mysterious plans or purposes. Other causes because a person became a victim in an accident not of their making, or random unintended taking foolish unnecessary risks, regardless of anyone’s choice or wisdom.
Free Will Avoidable Causes of Death Ingredients
Drug Addictions, Alcohol Addiction, Sex Communicable Diseases, taking foolish unnecessary risks, poor or excessive eating habits, and lack of exercise. Self-induced stress and the resultant effects and penalties brought upon themselves by partaking in the seven deadly sins.  Pride, Greed, Envy, Gluttony, Lust, Anger, Slothfulness.
King Solomon on Free Will and Wisdom
A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps. (Proverb 16:9)
In this proverb, many interpret the heart as our free will to choose. The Lord provides him or her with good directions for his steps or choices of ingredients in life.
The problem in life is so many of us often choose to instead follow bad instructions, not God’s. We choose by our own free will to insert the bad, pr sinful ingredients into our formula, and the result is we may diminish our life span.
She (Wisdom) is more precious than jewels; And nothing you desire compares with her. Long life is in her right hand; In her left hand are riches and honor.  Her ways are pleasant ways And all her paths are peace. (Proverbs 3:15-17)
This proverb explains what the blessing of wisdom may provide to those who seek to listen and learn her advice and knowledge.
Summary
You have been given free will to choose your own ingredients for your life formula. If you are interested, by adding the blessing of God’s ingredient of Wisdom into your formula, you may be blessed with a long and more peaceful life.
In my Next Post
I will explore the second part of Proverb 3:17,“In her (Wisdom’s) left hand are riches and honor.”
Is one ingredient missing?
